When you book your appointment with Top Hat Cleaning your time slot is reserved for you. Should you have to cancel we kindly ask that you provide us with no less than 48 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to try and re-book your reservation.

 

You will not be refunded if you are cancelling on the same day and if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 1/2 of the cleaning cost!

 

Staff have been booked for your cleaning session and other clients at times are turned away because we have booked certain time slots  so this is the reasoning behind this. If we are able to book your time slot you will be refunded the amount that you have paid and we guarantee that!

 

Top Hat Cleaning is licensed, BBB Accredited and if you have not pre-paid your service we will contact you and make arrangements for payment.
