When you book your appointment with Top Hat Cleaning your time slot is reserved for you. Should you have to cancel we kindly ask that you provide us with no less than 48 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to try and re-book your reservation.

 

If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours, but not on the same day as your appointment we will refund you 1/2 of the cleaning cost.

 

For same day cancellation we will not issue a refund as staff has been arranged and brought in for your appointment. We believe in being fair to our staff and they are paid for no shows and cancellations at a 2 hour minimum.

 

Top Hat Cleaning is licensed, BBB Accredited and if you have not pre-paid your service we will contact you and make arrangements for payment.

 

**Should we be able to book your time slot you will not be charged for your appointment and you will be refunded part or all of the cleaning charges.**

Here at Top Hat Cleaning we try to Make every part of your experience convienient. We accept the following forms of payment and provide a company receipt at the end of each cleaning service. Please Note that 5% Gst is added to your total as required by Revenue Canada
