To Whom it May Concern,
I would like to thank everyone at Top Hat Cleaning for going above and beyond when it came to the move-out cleaning package for my suite. Due to a consulting job in another province which had an immediate start date, I had to quickly move and vacate my apartment. As a result, I didn't have time to take care of the cleaning aspect after moving my belongings, and Top Hat Cleaning and the great staff came through for me in ways I didn't think was possible. I am very thankful for the great service and cleaning provided which took an enormous amount of stress away from me when I had other logistical issues to deal with, especially at the end of the month with very little notice. The suite owner was very impressed with how clean everything was and I will thankfully be receiving my damage deposit back. I will certainly utilize the services of Top Hat Cleaning again once my contract is up and I move back to Vancouver.

I first contacted your company when, experiencing an overly stressful time, I had been neglecting the care of my condo I initially chose Top Hat Cleaning over
other companies not only for the detailed list of focus areas you took care to include for each room or your flexible work hours but also for the unique fact that
you offer carpet cleaning as well. Never hiring a service before I was a bit unsure of what to expect but upon your arrival with two other co-workers I immediately
saw the friendly, fun and positive way your company had in its approach. I was amazed at how quickly you said that you would be done but even more so at how efficient,
detailed and professional the end result was – you had left my home more fresh and clean than I ever expected. All day I noticed little out of the way places where you
made a noticeable difference that I would have just skimmed over if doing it myself
I wasn’t until later that night though that I realized the reason I have only used your company ever since. Top Hat Cleaning left me feeling that my condo
was cleaned with the same kindness, care and attention that is used when making a living space into a Home – I want to thank you for that service that you’ve provided
